About

Hi, I’m Naz,

Your consultant for creating impact.

And importantly, and I am neurodivergent and the eldest daughter of migrants.

I bring my full humanness to this human-centred work. You will find I am authentic and unapologetically myself, whether conveyed through my sense of humour or my dedication to my values.

I’ve always been driven to help create a better world.

This conviction has taken me from grassroots campaigning on refugee rights, to working at the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva, to serving as a human rights consultant for major corporations and banks.

I’ve now spent the last few years advising government on national policies and supporting senior leaders in decision-making

Influencing change is complex work. It means balancing outcomes with politics, internal and external risk, and so many other variables. It also means needing to say the right words at the right time in the right way.

Fortunately, my career also includes almost a decade of communications experience. I’ve crafted powerful messaging and theories of change, including orations that have been televised on the ABC.

I’m a big-picture thinking who believes in what’s possible when we recognise that the way things are usually done isn’t necessarily the best or only way.

If you also have the courage to consider things differently, I know together we can build lasting impact.
