Neuroaffirmative Career Coaching

As an auDHD person, I'm aware of the challenges that come from simply living in a world that wasn't built for our brains. This impacts so many areas of our lives, including our careers. 

Yet, there are few spaces that support us in our professional goals while considering the intersectionality of our unique experiences and identities.

I have mentored early career professionals for several years, helping people to step into their power. My current focus is supporting people with autism and/or ADHD, especially those from negatively racialised backgrounds.

I provide a relational and neuroaffirming approach that centres your strengths and ways of working. I believe each person is the expert in their own life and you already hold the answers you need. Sometimes we just need a little support, from someone who understands how our brains work.

Together we’ll co-create a path of growth that honours your living experience and builds a career aligned with who you actually are.

Each package includes:

  • 60 minute sessions

  • Between-session email support

  • Goal-setting and action planning frameworks

  • CV/resume support available as add-on

  • 4 sessions over 6-8 weeks

    • Evaluation: seeing what’s working and what’s not

    • Building confidence in your self-advocacy skills

  • After 2 introductory sessions identifying values, goals, strengths, we develop a package most suited for your goals and needs.

    • Longer term support

    • Career transitions and reinvention

    • Ongoing progress reviews and updates to action plans
