I have been supporting early career professionals to step into their power for more than five years, as an independent mentor and as a mentor with the Centre for Multicultural Youth.
My current focus is supporting people from negatively racialised backgrounds and people with autism and/or ADHD.
Alongside my experience, I also am a soon-to-be-certified auDHD coach (April 2026).
As an auDHD person of colour myself, I'm aware of the challenges that come from simply living in a world that wasn't built for us, including our careers. Yet, there are few spaces that support us in our professional goals while considering the intersectionality of our unique experiences and identities.
I provide a relational and neuroaffirming approach that centres your strengths and ways of working. I believe each person is the expert in their own life. Sometimes we just need a little support to achieve our goals, from someone who understands us.
Together, we'll get create a roadmap of growth that honours your lived experience.
